Tracking your order
If you have registered on our web site, you can log in to your account to check the status of your order up to the point of dispatch by viewing your order history.
When we dispatch your order, you will receive an email notification (as long as you provided a valid email address when ordering) and for UK orders we'll send you an email with your parcel number so that you can track your order with the courier. If you don't receive your parcel number, please contact us and we'll send it on to you.
For orders sent via FedEx, you can track your order at https://www.fedexuk.net/accounts/track.aspx
For overseas orders, we use a variety of couriers, so please contact us for your tracking details.
